Out of school hours care (OSHC)

How to book

All bookings must be made by calling Ceduna Community Children Centre on 08 8625 2863.

Enrolment forms must be completed and returned to Ceduna Community Children’s Centre before first attendance at OSHC or Vacation Care.

Children who do not have a booking will not be able to attend OSHC.

Fees and operating times

After School Care (School Terms)

3pm to 6pm ($35.00 per session)

Student Free Days

8am to 6pm ($100 per full day session)

Vacation Care (School Holiday Periods)

8am to 6pm ($100 per full day session)

8am – 1pm ($65 per half day session)

1pm – 6pm ($65 per half day session)

CHILDCARE SUBSIDY is available for each session if eligible to reduce fees (see the Centrelink website for more information).

Bookings and cancellations

Permanent bookings are repeated each week for the term for after school care.

Vacation care booking are made prior to each vacation care period.

Casual bookings may be made but are dependent on available on the day.

Casual bookings must be made by phoning Ceduna Community Children’s Centre

Vacation Care bookings and term bookings for OSHC will be available to fill out in Survey Monkey in week 5-6 of each term. Alternatively these will be emailed to parents or found on Ceduna Community Children’s Facebook page.

Cancellations must be, made by phoning Ceduna Community Children’s Centre or emailing cedunachildcare@bigpond.com.

Cancellations for OSHC are required before 10am to claim a 50% absent fee.

Cancellations for Vacation Care require 24 hours’ notice of an absence unless the child is unwell that day and a medical certificate is required to claim a 50% absent fee.
