Ceduna School Community Library

Ceduna School Community Library is a joint-use facility operated in partnership with Ceduna Area School and the District Council of Ceduna. Located on Bergmann Drive, the library provides a wide range of services for both school and community customers.

We offer an extensive collection of educational and recreational resources, catering to all ages and interests. Our library supports learning, reading, connection and lifelong access to information for the whole community.

As part of the OneCard Network, our library provides customers with access to an extensive range of resources and services across South Australian public libraries.

Things you can do at the Library

  • OneCard Network: Borrow, return, and place holds on library materials.
  • Wireless Internet and Public Access Computers
  • Colour Photocopying, Printing, Scanning, and Laminating
  • Digital: Contact staff or follow Facebook for updated digital sessions in the library.
  • Storytime: Join us on Mondays during the school term from 10am for songs, rhymes, and activities.
  • Home Delivery Service: Contact staff to arrange deliveries to your home if you are unable to access the library.
  • Book Club: Join Book Club on the last Monday @ 4.00 pm of each month
  • Local History Collection: Browse our local history onsite.
  • School Holiday Activities: Follow our Ceduna School Community Library Facebook page for updated activities.
  • SIES Satellite Library: a wide range of specialised, inclusive resources designed to enhance learning outcomes for all students. Available to borrow free from Ceduna School Community Library with your library card.
  • Justice of the Peace – Contact staff to arrange a time with a Justice of the Peace

Additional things you can do in the Library

Our library offers a diverse and extensive collection of resources for all ages and interests. Our collection includes adult, teenage and children’s fiction, large-print books, non-fiction, graphic novels, audiobooks, board books, magazines and DVDs.

As members of the OneCard Network, our customers can also access a range of digital library services and apps, including BorrowBox and Libby. These services provide convenient online access to a wide selection of eBooks, eAudiobooks and digital magazines, allowing customers to borrow and enjoy resources anytime, anywhere.
